Operators, we have been getting reports about the spate of disconnections (after respawn, when barrels explode) that is affecting the game. We had already taken note of this and forwarded the issue to the game developer.
We assure you Operators that the fix is already on its way. While waiting for the fix to arrive, we would like to ask you a favor so we can zero in and mend this glitch.
Please take a screenshot of the moment of disconnection. Attach the captured screenshot together with the BC log and send them to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Also, include the following information:
- In-game name
- Day and time of disconnection
- Server number
- Channel number
In order to get the BC log, please follow the steps below:
1. Go to the drive where you installed the Point Blank game client.
2. Open the Point Blank game client folder, browse and look for the BC .txt file
3. Include the BC .txt file as an e-mail attachment.
We will provide an update as soon as the fix arrives. The application of the fix will be included in an upcoming game maintenance.
